All of the EV models on display at our KI-PO MOTORS CHEVROLET, INC. location have an electric motor powered by a 65-kWh battery pack that generates 200 horsepower and 266 pounds-foot of torque. When fully charged, the Bolt EV travels up to 259 miles. The one-pedal driving technological enables drivers to slow or stop the vehicle by simply removing their foot from the accelerator. By depressing a button when starting the hatchback, the regenerative braking system engages to conserve power.
Chevrolet also introduced the optional new charging cable that has a changeable plug to function with 120-volt or 240-volt outlets. The company also offers to foot the cost of a level 2 home charging station for anyone leasing or purchasing a new Bolt EV.
